Empty legs depend on the primary charter that creates them, so an operator can change or cancel one before departure. If that happens we tell you as soon as we know and help you look for an alternative. Because you pay the operator directly, any refund is governed by the operator’s own terms, which we recommend confirming before you pay. If the operator cancels, anything you paid UpLeg is refunded in full.
